A product you save from a shop keeps the price it had that day. If the same product is in our catalogue — we compare the barcode (EAN) and the product link — we connect the two. From then on its price and availability come from the vendor every week.

FAQ
What designers ask before joining.
When can I use it?
We launch in October 2026, starting with Czechia. The catalogue and the bill of costs already run in our own Prague design studio.
Which vendors are in the catalogue?
Czech vendors today — over 30 000 products. Vendors from Slovakia, Poland and Ukraine are next.
Do I need the browser extension?
It's optional. You can search the catalogue, add products by hand, or upload a screenshot from your phone in the Kolážek web app. The extension just makes saving from a shop one click.
Will saving work on every website?
On most shops, yes. When a page doesn't give us the details, the extension takes a screenshot of it and reads that instead. Either way, you check every detail before it's saved.
Does my client need an account?
No. They open the link you send, on any phone or computer.
How long does a client link stay open?
12 months from the last version you send. After that it closes, and you can send a fresh one at any time. Your own copy of the list stays in your account.
Can my client see prices in their own currency?
Yes. Pick CZK, EUR, PLN or UAH for the bill of costs, and your client can switch on their link too. Each item keeps the currency it's sold in; totals convert at the day's exchange rate.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
You choose: add a card to stay on Pro, or carry on with Free. Nothing is deleted — projects beyond Free's three become read-only until you upgrade.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Any time, from your account. If you cancel or downgrade within the first 30 days, you get the full amount back. After that, the unused part of your plan is refunded pro rata to your account.
What personal data do you store?
About you: your name and email, plus payment details on Pro and Max. About your clients: only what you add and the messages they write on their link — visible to you and them only, and deleted with the project or 12 months after the link closes. For your clients' data we are your processor under GDPR. Emails from us, including the waitlist confirmation, are delivered by Mailgun.
Where is my data?
In the EU. Your projects, clients and saved products are private to you. Only the vendor catalogue is shared.
